Warranty Period：
1) 12 months for AC Adapter and Power Supply
2) 6 months for Rechargeable Battery Pack
3) 6 months for Optical Disk Drive
4) 12 months for Floppy Disk Drive
5) 6 months for LCD Panel Screen
6) 6 months for Laptop Keyboard
7) Others are subject to the agreement of buyer and seller.
Warranty Place: Shenzhen, China
General Return Policy:
1) All returns must have a RMA for processing.
2) Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA.
3) Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
4) It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight.
5) Refund will not be accepted.
